My daughter got her first car from CarMax almost two years ago. I was worried that the car would have unknown problems. Fortunately her Jetta turned out to be a great car but with a few items that needed repair. Rich gave his advice, actually saying, “you don’t need to fix this now, let’s watch it and decide when would be the best time based on your daughter’s driving style and mileage.” What??? You never hear about a mechanic looking out for the customer most of the time! I can sleep easy knowing that I have a mechanic that wants to do the right thing for his customer. I’m so relieved my daughter and I can take her car to a trusted mechanic and that now we know the history of her car. Thank you once again Rich!
