Rich works well with customers, helping to make decisions about what work is actually necessary and what is not. He will take as much time to discuss options as the customer wants. The quality of work is perfect and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been a customer for several years now, and plan on using his service going forward.

Took my 2014 Audi Rs5 coupe in for a blinking check engine light. Rich did a diagnostic on my car. Wasn’t able to pin point exactly what was wrong. Told me to bring it back if the engine light comes back on, and waived the diagnostic fee. Performance Autowerk is the only shop I trust with my car due to their knowledge on German cars and transparency. 5⭐️ SHOP!!!

Hands down, the BEST! The service, the communication, the honesty sets them apart from all the others!!! I consider Rich and PA the Nordstrom and how they truly care about their clients.
