Great experience! I brought my Audi A5 in for a water pump/termostat replacement. Rich was able to diagnose it correctly over the phone. Brought it to him in the morning and had the car back to me the same day. He also provided me with some other items that need repair in the future. I’m deciding on whether or not to keep the car and he talked to me about my options. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Took my 2014 Audi Rs5 coupe in for a blinking check engine light. Rich did a diagnostic on my car. Wasn’t able to pin point exactly what was wrong. Told me to bring it back if the engine light comes back on, and waived the diagnostic fee. Performance Autowerk is the only shop I trust with my car due to their knowledge on German cars and transparency. 5⭐️ SHOP!!!
