Consistent service as always and never a disappointment with transparency in discussing the service being performed. Major, typical issues, and regular service is not a problem for Performance Autowerk. Rich exceeds the expectation of professionalism and will do his best in providing options to get the job done. I had a major service completed and recently the AC service. I'm very satisfied and enjoy my X5 more and more.

I was very impressed with Rich's courteousness and thoroughness before he even had me as a paying customer. He took a lot of time to talk through things with me on the phone before even seeing the car. Once we dropped off our BMW, he took nearly 45 minutes to go through all of my concerns, went on a test drive, and explained history on known issues for my specific model / engine related to my concerns. As well, and I appreciate this the most, Rich was honest enough to explain what is and is NOT worthwhile to fix on a 10 year old car that has the use-cycle that ours does. I am happy to have found Rich and Performance Autowerk as I now know that I have found an honest and reliable BMW repair shop.
