Rich’s very nice, patient and honest person. My Mercedes Benz break pad show the warning. I though need to replace it. He checked to me because the sensor loose and the break still good condition and no need to do it now. He gave me suggestion can do it later and fix the sensor at the sametime. If you have any questions and concern the car. He explained very well the car issue.

Fantastic 1st experience. Brought my 2106 Jetta in for rear shock replacement. Dropped my car off in the morning. Rich was there to take all my information. Answered all my questions.
