If there were 10 ⭐️’s I would rate them 10!! I forgot to leave a review on my first visit, I thought the service was stellar. I’ve always taken my vehicles to the dealer for service because I’ve always thought that was what you’re supposed to do, however, I was short on $’s and my daughter who lives in Las Vegas found Rich and called him and made an tentative appointment for me so I called him the next day, identified myself and he knew who I was and the make and model of my car. I explained my apprehension, he listened and said he understands but also told me that he takes great pride in what they do at Autowerk and guarantee their services. I was sold. I confirmed the appointment and he delivered on his Promise of proving excellent customer service as well as proving the B Service on my Mercedes SLK. I’ve recently taken my vehicle back to get rear brakes and again, I’m a happy customer having saved a lot of dollars too! I appreciate Rich and his team, they certainly have my customer loyalty.
