I started going to Performance Autowerk with my last Audi, and was so happy with the service I am bringing my new one there too. The people there are very professional. All the work is explained beforehand and if there are any questions, we always receive a phone call. The customer service here is excellent. The pricing on service and repairs is also great and I've never felt like I was talked into something I may not need.

Brought in my recently purchased 2017 CLA (first Mercedes) for its Service B and was thoroughly satisfied with the service at Performance Autowerk. Richard was very up-front and honest about what was needed, I was in and out in about an hour and the cost was below the estimates I was seeing at the local dealership.
