I just bought an Audi TT and my neighboor, who has his BMW M3 serviced at Performance Autowerk, advised me to service my German car there too ! Very good 1st time experience: Brian is very professional and the timing belt kit was changed for half of what Livermore Audi charges !!!! I will definitively keep coming back to Performance Autowerk for maintenance & repairs !

This is the only place I'll take my German cars. They've been my shop for the last five years and many cars, and they've ALWAYS treated me and everyone I've sent there with respect and fairness. In fact, my girlfriend took her X5 to them without knowing they were my shop with a quote for work from the BMW dealer for $5k worth of work. They looked at the quote, took a look at the car, and in five minutes fixed the issue FOR FREE.

Highly recommend this auto repair shop. Recently brought my GLA 250 for a thermostat replacement. Rich updated me with what the vehicle needed (explained everything thoroughly) and my vehicle was done the next morning. The technician named Brian was also very helpful and did an excellent job fixing my car.
