Reliable! Personable! Professional! I called in for a same day pre-owned vehicle Pre-Purchase Inspection, and Rich was flexible & accommodating to work with a tight schedule. Rich was knowledgeable & thorough; he learned that this would have been my first Porsche, he walked me through what to expect when owning this 2012 Porsche Cayman. He spent time in explaining the work he was going to perform. In addition to emailing me an online report, he called & shared his findings & impressions on the car objectively. He finished the inspection in a timely fashion, and contacted the dealership to pick up the car.
