Awesome and knowledgeable customer service! They only recommend repairs that you actually need. Prices are also fair (I have shopped around).

I recently had the "service due" indicator pop up on my display. After calling Rich and talking on the phone I knew there was only one place I needed to take my 2014 Audi S4 in order to get serviced. I brought my car in for inspection and Rich properly diagnosed potential problems that my car would see in the close future. He then took the time to explain how and why I needed to get them replaced. I am looking forward to doing business in the future with Rich. Great operation at Performance Autowerk!
