Dublin Auto Repair

I have taken both by wewer Macan and my 2013 Mercedez C class and for what I expect they have been great. what do I expect? I ask for the work to be done with the right parts not some cheap gray market substitute. I expect it t obe "reasonably" priced (Much better then the dealership and not the lowest in the market. and Lastly, I absolutely feel I need to Trust the shop and so far so good! and hope to continue taking my cars. They are friendly and fast and competent. Not the least expensive for sure. I just don't want to be ripped off (Like the dealership, those service guys do get commission and do NOT always have your best interest plus they are sooo pricey) and I want the work done correctly. for that I am happy to pay somewhere in the middle So far so great. :-)

Fast, reasonably priced and honest. Rich and Brian know what they are doing and they do it well. No one else touches my Merc E500.

I took my BMW for the regular 30k service and I was very happy with the service. Primarily the price and the the speed. I will do back again for my other car and for all my automobile needs.

Competitive pricing. Expert workmanship. Excellent customer service . After 20 years of taking my vehicle to MB of Pleasanton I finally found a trusted alternative location for service. My most recent service required removing the transmission. It wasn't cheap but it was hundreds less than the dealer. And the car runs good as new. So, if you are more interested in great workmanship at reasonable prices than you are amenities (loaners, shuttles, free coffee), I highly recommend Performance Werks.

It's hard to find an honest and competent mechanic these days, but Performance Autowerk's is great. Very good communication and accurate timelines. Couldn't be happier with service the last 2 years on our Audi Q5.
